8 hour roast

Easy and delicious!!
1 3 pound roast
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 can of mushroom soup
1/2 to 3/4 cup of water or burgundy cooking wine

Mix onion soup, mushroom soup and water or wine; pour over roast in crock pot. Cook on low for at least 8 hours. Serve over egg noodles or our favorite garlic mashed potatoes.
