renee's parmesan garlic butter
1 cube butter, softened
2 cloves garlic, pressed
3 T freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
2 t freshly finely chopped parsley
mix all together and spread on good fresh french bread or baguette, toast bread under broiler until golden brown :)
